Ann Delevante
After receiving a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University, Ann went to work with industry leaders, J.Crew and Disney before starting Crunch Marketing. Since its inception, Crunch has provided marketing solutions to a long list of clients and has been instrumental in creating and managing marketing programs from start to finish. Ann’s specialty is bottoms up circulation planning and demand forecasting.
Laura Van Sickle
Laura began her career in 1989 when she was one of the first hires for the newly established Direct department at Johnston & Murphy. Every aspect of the catalog business had to be built from scratch, and within six years Laura became the Director of Catalog & E-Commerce for J&M. Catalog circulation reached over 10 million books and the business grew to represent 10% of J&M's revenue. In 2006 a new management team at Precious Moments hired Laura to revamp their catalog, e-commerce and club loyalty business models, where her team grew catalog circulation 44% and 0-12m housefile 230%.
